The Joy Plan: Wellness That Actually Feels Good

  Have you ever noticed how “wellness” somehow became another box to check-off like a chore instead of care? Somewhere along the way “wellness” turned into another thing on our to-do list. Wake up at 5 a.m., do yoga, drink a green smoothie, meditate for 20 minutes, journal, cold plunge, walk 10,000 steps, Congratulations, you’re officially… exhausted. Here’s the thing:  wellness  was never meant to feel like homework. At its core, it’s about feeling good in your body, your mind, your spirit, not ticking off a checklist. And when you shift from task mode to joy mode, that’s when the real magic happens.  So, let’s reframe wellness into something softer, kinder, and, yes, more fun. Here’s how: 1.
