  The ceiling hums faintly with the sound of a world already awake. Light leaks through the curtains, sharp and uninvited, landing across the mess on my desk, half-folded laundry, a cold mug from last night, and a notebook with too many crossed-out plans. My body stirs before my mind fully operates. The air feels heavy, like it’s pressing me to choose between rising and staying still. Somewhere under the weight of it all, I move, because lying still makes the noise in my head louder. I poured a cup of tea, not even thinking about steeping it properly, and took the first sip like it might somehow stabilize me, it didn’t. My hands were shaking, not from caffeine but from knowing I have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve been  coasting , pretending like I have control, but control is a joke, isn’t it? The Strength You Find in Starting Over

  There are moments in life when everything you thought was certain suddenly shifts. The plans you made, the identity you carried, the future you imagined, all of it disappears, leaving you standing in the quiet with only questions:  Who am I now? Where do I go from here? In that moment, you discover the strength required to rebuild and the strength to embrace change. That space, between what was and what will be, is terrifying. But it can also be where you find yourself again and uncover the strength you didn’t know you had. Losing something, or someone, can strip you bare, but in that emptiness, there is room to grow a new kind of purpose, a new strength to persevere.  I know this because I lived it, and through it all, I found my  strength and resilience . For a long time, I thought marriage meant forever. I gave everything I had, my trust, my heart, my loyalty, only to discover betrayal waiting at my doorstep more than once.
